Join us at the 15th Annual International Horror Hotel Film Festival and become a Monologue Competition winner! Here’s your opportunity to showcase your raw talent to the festival audience and make your mark in front of attending screenwriters, filmmakers, and vendors.

Event Details:

  • Date: Friday, June 19th (lecture / script pick part) – Sunday, June 21st (competition part)
  • Location: Convention Area, Lecture Room

What to Expect:

  • Anyone already have a VIP or Filmmakers/Scriptwriters attending do not have to pay.
  • Challenge Yourself: Perform two monologues randomly selected from works provided by three (3) screenwriters and their nominated scripts!
  • Exclusive Insight: Work closely with the screenwriters, dive into their creative process, and fully capture the emotion behind the scenes. Each participant will have the weekend to practice or seek additional advice from our moderator and scriptwriters.
  • Recognition: Perform in front of industry professionals on Sunday at 1pm, with a live reading from another character alongside you.

How to Enter:

  • Submission: Complete an entry form along with your fee of $25 (includes a special discounted weekend pass!)
  • Check-in: Friday, June 19th at 6 pm in the Lecture Room to select your scripts. Attendance on Friday is required to compete.
  • Monologue Competition: Sunday, June 21st at 1pm in the Convention area.

She has been a driving force behind numerous indie film projects and is known for her ability to recognize emerging talent.
